This is a great book by two accomplished property investors. Dawson is the author of many books on negotiating like " The Secrets of Power Negotiating" which has sold more than $30million in sales.
What are the 3 best things I learnt from this book?
1. That wealth is an income stream; it is not how much you have but whether you have cash flow stream. And investing in rental properties is a way to achieve this objective.
2. Getting rich slowly: you make money when you buy property and so it goes that it takes time to slowly research what you are buying. This is not a book for those looking for get rich quick fixes. There are things you need to learn to be successful in investing.
3. Property provides solid value; you can touch and feel this unlike paper assets like stocks. It is an excellent hedge against inflation. When everything else looses its shine, property will continue to hold its value.
